The Chasing That Never Ends

The Chasing That Never Ends …

Have you considered why we feel restless when we come across people who seem to be accomplishing more than we do in life? and how the emotion of failure is so unbearable that it shakes us to our core, propelling us to take action on a task or goal.

But does this feeling arise from the desire to explore ourselves and our capabilities or from competition and feelings of inadequacy?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but most of desires are not really or own. They are driven from the desire to be loved and appreciated by others. This is the only explanation as to why we try to force ourselves to do something we generally have no interest in doing.

What most of us are really looking for is acceptance, love and peace.

The inner disturbances that are pushing you to take action so that it doesn’t feel terrible, is only withholding the peace you seek in the present by pushing it forward to be experienced in a future event. But as you continue to wait for the future to arrive, you miss out on the peace thats available to you now.

The Upheaval of an Entrepreneur

As an entrepreneur, I have to face many emotional disturbances throughout the day. Most of the day I have to remind myself, that nothing is happening. Not in a way to gaslight myself into thinking that my feelings aren’t real. But that the situation does not have the implications I assign it. Nothing is as serious as I think it is.

You’ll notice once you pay attention to your life, that each goal you have previously accomplished you believed would lead you to a life of total satisfaction and fulfillment. Only to feel emptiness once it was fulfilled, and the emptiness isn’t the worst part of accomplishing the goal. It’s the belief that you need to create something else to fill the void that was created.

I am sure you are asking – what is the point of this all? It’s simple. The experience of the self is the only goal. The experience is the fulfillment. Fulfillment is instant, it doesn’t need a day or two to show up. why because your fulfillment doesn’t depend on other people’s reactions or even on the reward. An Artist is fulfilled by their ability to create works of art not by the opinion of the gallery owner.

Your life is a work of art, enjoy the process of creating it.

Remember, If you ask for success and failure shows up, just know that you are on the right track.
